End-User License Agreement
Effective date: 09/19/2026
This agreement governs use of pis-mcp-server, a private accounting integration operated by Perlas Insurance Services.
Authorized use
The integration may be used only by personnel authorized by Perlas Insurance Services and only for legitimate company accounting activities. Users must follow company security, privacy, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements.
Restrictions
Users may not provide access to unauthorized persons, bypass approval or audit controls, interfere with the service, use it for unlawful purposes, or attempt to access QuickBooks companies they are not authorized to manage.
Third-party services
The integration communicates with Intuit QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Use of Intuit services remains subject to Intuit’s applicable terms.
Availability and changes
Perlas Insurance Services may change, suspend, or discontinue the integration and may revoke access at any time. The integration is provided for internal business use without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Termination
Authorization ends when access is revoked, the QuickBooks connection is disconnected, employment or authorization ends, or this agreement is violated.
