Perlas Insurance Services operates pis-mcp-server, a private integration used by authorized company personnel to connect the company’s QuickBooks Online account to internal accounting workflows.
Information processed
The integration may process company, customer, vendor, invoice, bill, policy-reference, and attachment information required for authorized accounting tasks. It also processes OAuth credentials needed to maintain the company’s QuickBooks connection.
Purpose and use
Information is used only to reconcile source records, prepare and create approved accounting records, attach supporting documents, prevent duplicates, and maintain audit logs. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Hosting and storage
This public website and OAuth callback relay run on a company-controlled server. The relay does not retain OAuth authorization codes or QuickBooks tokens. QuickBooks credentials and accounting-processing data remain on company-controlled systems used for the internal workflow.
Sharing and service providers
Information is disclosed only to service providers needed to operate the integration, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and infrastructure providers, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
Accounting records and audit information are retained according to company recordkeeping requirements. Access is restricted to authorized personnel, and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information.
Disconnecting and questions
Authorized administrators may disconnect the integration through QuickBooks Online or by contacting andrew@perlasinsurance.com. Privacy questions may be sent to the same address.
